Reservation Policies
You are responsible for the dates you reserve. No refund will be given for late arrival or early departure. A $250 deposit is required for each cabin reserved. A credit card will be charged for the deposit. If the total cost of the reservation is less than the $250 deposit, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin.
Reservations made for June, July and August are subject to a 4-night minimum stay and must fit between existing bookings. If the reservation does not fit between existing stays, we reserve the right to reject the request and offer alternative dates if available. If you would like to request a shorter stay, please contact us directly — we may be able to accommodate you.
You will receive a confirmation or cancellation email within 24 hours.
To add a pet or a boat stall to an online reservation, please click on “add-ons” on the “Check Details” page or make a note in “Preferences” and we will add it.
To add a rental boat to an online reservation, please make a note in “Preferences” on the confirm reservation page.
Pets must be under 35lbs, fully potty trained and more than 6 months old. No pets are allowed in the Chalets.
