No, we don’t have any restaurant facilities on site. There are multiple restaurants and 2 grocery stores within 7 miles. Pizza delivery is available.
We can exchange linens and towels by bringing them to the office before noon. Daily housekeeping is not available. For longer stays you may request housekeeping to freshen your room.
Check In is 2pm. Check out is 10am. You may request a late check out or early check in within a couple hours, we will try to accommodate the request. There is a $50 late check out fee if you wish to stay past noon. All late check outs are subject to availability.
Office hours are 9am–7pm for In-Season stays and 9am–5pm for Off-Season stays. After hours, an emergency number is posted.
Operating hours are 8am–11pm daily from mid-April to late October.
Each cottage has its own charcoal BBQ grill. There is a community fire pit located below the resort. Wood and charcoal are not provided; but can be purchased nearby.
There is no additional fee for parking. A maximum of two cars can be parked beside your reserved cabin. Additional parking is provided away from cabin. All boats and trailers must be parked in boat parking area by dock.
By state law anyone born after Jan. 1, 1984 must obtain a Missouri Boating Safety Certification Card to operate a vessel on any Missouri lake. This certificate may be obtained through this website. Everyone who fishes must have the appropriate lifetime, annual, or daily fishing permit or qualify for an exemption.
We are less than one mile from Silver Dollar City and their parking lots. Branson and the entertainment area start approximately 6 miles from our door.
We require notice of cancellation 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your scheduled date of arrival in order to receive a deposit refund. There is a $25.00 fee for all refunded cancellations. There is no refund for early departures or cancellations within 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival date.
All of our cabins have fully equipped kitchens; with toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishes,and cookware, charcoal BBQ grills. Dish soap, hand soap and coffee filters are provided. The A-frames have an apartment sized refrigerator and stove/oven. The larger cottages have full sized refrigerators. All the bathroom, kitchen and bed linens are supplied and are exchanged daily in our office.
The cabins and grounds are not considered handicap accessible. We offer ground level entry on most cabins with bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchens on ground level. The chalets would be considered our most accommodating cabin floor plan.
All of our cabins are posted as nonsmoking within the cabin interior. We allow smoking on the exterior deck and other public spaces of the property.
Not all cabins have a lake view. Some are partially blocked by trees. The cabins are arranged in three rows and some cabins in all three rows have a lake view. We can not guarantee that your cabin will have a lake view. We have multiple cabins of the same type and we sometimes have to move guests into a different cabin of the same type to accommodate availability.
We allow 1 small dog (under 35 lbs) per cabin for an additional charge of $17 per night. The pet must be crated at all times when you are away from the cabin. Pets are not allowed in the Chalets. If damages occur we will charge a fee accordingly.
Free WiFi is included throughout the property (not guaranteed to reach inside all cabins).
All of the cabins have basic cable service. The TVs are 32″ flat screen with available HDMI connections (HDMI cables not provided).
No, Corp of Engineers lake rules prohibit us from renting boats from our marina to people who are not guests. Several public marinas are available to rent boats and watercraft of many types. We also encourage our guests to rent from the public marinas for specific types of boats that we may not have to better suit their recreational needs. The closest public marina is Indian Point Marina, about 2 miles away by land and water.
We no longer sell fishing licenses. You may obtain them online at the Missouri Department of Conservation.
