We no longer sell fishing licenses. You may obtain them online at the Missouri Department of Conservation.

No, Corp of Engineers lake rules prohibit us from renting boats from our marina to people who are not guests. Several public marinas are available to rent boats and watercraft of many types. We also encourage our guests to rent from the public marinas for specific types of boats that we may not have to better suite their recreational needs. The closest public marina is Indian Point Marina, about 2 miles away by land and water.

All of the cabins have basic cable service. The TVs are 32″ flat screen with available HDMI connections. DVD players are not provided.

Free WiFi is included throughout the property.

We allow 1 small dog (under 35 lbs) per cabin for an additional charge of $10 per night. The pet must be crated at all times when you are away from the cabin. Pets are not allowed in the Chalet cabins.

Not all cabins have a lake view. Some are partially blocked by trees. The cabins are aranged in three rows and some cabins in all three rows have a lake view. We can not guarantee that your cabin will have a lake view. We have multiple cabins of the same type and we sometimes have to move guests into a different cabin of the same type to accommodate availabity.

All of our cabins are posted as non smoking within the cabin interior. We allow smoking on the exterior deck and other public spaces of the property.

The cabins and grounds are not considered handicap accessible. We offer ground level entry on most cabins with bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchens on ground level. The chalets would be considered our most accommodating cabin floor plan.

All of our cabins have fully equipped kitchens; with toaster, coffee pot, microwave, dishes,and cookware, charcoal BBQ grills.  Dish soap, hand soap and coffee filters are provided.   The A-frames have an apartment sized refrigerator and stove/oven.  The larger cottages have full sized refrigerators.   All the bathroom, kitchen and bed linens are supplied and are exchanged daily in our office.

We require three weeks prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit.  There is a $15.00 cancellation and handling fee for refunded cancellations.  There is no refund for early departures or cancellations within three weeks prior to your arrival date.

We are less than one mile from Silver Dollar City and their parking lots.   Branson and the entertainment area start approximately 6 miles from our door.

By state law anyone born after Jan. 1, 1984 must obtain a Missouri Boating Safety Certification Card to operate a vessel on any Missouri lake. This certificate may be obtained through this website.  https://www.boat-ed.com/missouri/  Everyone who fishes must have the appropriate lifetime, annual, or daily fishing permit or qualify for an exemption.

There is no additional fee for parking.  A maximum of two cars can be parked beside your reserved cabin.  Additional parking is provided away from cabin.  All boats /trailers must be parked in boat parking area by dock.

Each cottage has its own charcoal BBQ grill.  There is a community fire pit located below the resort. Wood and charcoal are not provided; but can be purchased nearby.

Operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.

The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.   After hours an emergency number is posted.

Check In 2pm. Check out is 10am. You may request a late check out or early check in within a couple hours, we will try to accommodate the request.

We can exchange linens/towels by bringing them to the office before noon. Daily housekeeping is not available. For longer stays you may request housekeeping to freshen your room or we can lend you a vacuum if needed.

No, we don’t have any restaurant facilities on site. There are multiple restaurants and 2 grocery stores within 7 miles. Pizza delivery is available.

We accept all forms of payment, credit/debit cards, personal checks and cash.

Alcohol in moderation is not banned from the lake. The alcohol policy in accordance with state and local laws prohibits certain types of alcohol use. It is also prohibited to operate or be in actual physical control of a vehicle/vessel while under the influence of alcohol or a drug, or drugs, or any combination thereof, to a degree that renders the operator incapable of safe operation, or if the alcohol concentration in the operator’s blood or breath is.08 or greater. The water patrol can give a field sobriety test to the boat operator.

We do not offer tickets to Silver Dollar City or other local attractions except as part of our advertised spring and fall packages.

Safes are not provided.

The lake rules do not allow us to sell gas for boats or Personal watercraft other than what is owned and rented by the resort.
